Uto-Staffel Dinner Event

Directions: By train - S10 to Uetliberg and then 12min walk to this Google map location

Registration: Please send an email to info@iscz.org with the name of the attendees and their choice of  cheese fondue or Zürcher Kalbsgeschnetzeltes (see menu below).  We will send you the pre-payment details. The cost per person would be paid in advance to the club (the club is sponsoring part of the event).

Cost 

Registration deadline: Monday 2nd December 2024 (as we need to give the exact number of paid participants to the restaurant in advance).

We will coordinate the journey up via email to coincide with the start of the Apero.

The event includes:

Apero, depending on the weather, outside on the terrace by the fire

Glühwein or non-alcoholic punch

Tarte flambée topped with crème fraîche, onions and bacon

Tarte flambée topped with crème fraîche, vegetables (VEGI)

Menu:

Homemade cheese fondue (à discrétion)

made from four different, fully ripe cheeses

with farmhouse bread,

Potatoes, gurkens, pickled onions, min corn cob

or

Zürcher Kalbsgeschnetzeltes 

Veal slices  in a cream sauce with mushrooms, served with a butter rosti

Dessert variation in single portion:

Chocolate mousse, caramel bowls, wild berries panna cotta

homemade ice cream vermicelles, garnished with fresh fruit

Drinks

Red wine: Regolo Ripasso Valpolicella Superiore IGT

White wine: St Saphorin Montfalcon

Beer (Appenzeller Quöllfrisch)

Soft drinks

Carbonated and non-carbonated mineral water

Coffee and tea

All additional items  consumed would be paid by the participants at the venue
